Samarpan Sansthan is a brainchild of Didi Ananda Gautami, who has dedicated her life to serve the suffering humanity. Didi Ananda Gautami has been working with orphaned children for over 30 years. She is also a trained meditation and yoga teacher.

Established in 2003 Samarpan Sansthan's mission is to empower deprived children and women in india. We are committed to the strengthening and education of the underprivileged in ways that encourages personal responsibility and develops hope and empowerment and brings smile on the faces of underprivileged. We believe in holistic development of deprived children and women.

Much work is needed to be done for women empowerment. With the help of all our well wishers and volunteers we bring hope and a sense of self confidence to the underprivileged by offering programmers like running orphanage for girls and boys, non-formal academic/character education and vocational and adult litracy training. We are planning to start an old age home too.

We are Irene and Laura from Madrid (Spain) We have been here for 8 days helping and teaching the kids and we really enjoyed it. From now on they are like part of our family, so we will try to do our best to help them from Spain. We really appreciate Didi's job with them and we would like to keep collaborating with her on rising these kids and help them to be successful in Life.

I am Lizzie from Leeds, England and I am 18 years old. I came through Projects Abroad to help at Samarpan Sansthan for one week. I have really enjoyed playing with the children, and helping them with their English speaking and reading. The children are very intelligent and kind people. I think it is really great that they do so much dancing as this is useful to them and they are very talented.

Hello Everyone,
Our choti Bahena and chote Bahai! It's already been 3 weeks we met. Now it's time to say goodbye. When we met first, in fact we had a hard time adjusting ourselves to our first Indian life from meals to languages. We asked ourselves " Can we stand here for three weeks? " and " After giving up everything, I have to go back home? ".

I came here for the first time in 2008 and I have tried my best to keep in touch with Didi and the girls during all this time.
The first time I came here I spent over one month helping to teach English to the children and also helping them with their school homework. On sundays we also used to go to the park, played many games and sang songs. I enjoyed very much the time.
